Hey look I’m in a book! 📚 Amongst a crazy amount of awesome local businesses. I couldn’t feel more honoured to be featured by @ianpett in his second release of Home Made Hamilton. Check out the link in his bio to get yourself a copy. Everyone needs a good coffee table read 😘

everybody's secrets inspire all of my scenes
I write in all of my fantasies
and I die in all of my dreams-
I'm usually pretty OK at writing somewhat long winded, sappy posts, but something about 2022 has me feeling stunted. It was a weird year, I feel like I barely know where it went. It felt like a haze, a fog, with occasional clarity. There were absolutely many wonderful days, nights, trips and laughs, but sometimes when I think back on the year I draw a complete blank. A feeling of something slipping between my fingers. It's uncomfortable. Some of you will be familiar with my memory, that it can sometimes be uncanny how much I remember, particularly about stories others tell me. Something about my own year feels like it didn't stick, sliding away the second I try to grasp it. It doesn't feel great, but maybe floating through the months was the best I could do. I'm trying to not beat myself up over that. One thing for certain is that I am immensely grateful for the people who so gently brushed aside the fog to find my hand and pull me out. I am so regularly astounded by the deep and gentle love in my life.
So here's to another year of your best, no matter what it looks like. Eat well. Get as many hugs as you can. Seek joy. I love you. Thanks for being here 💫💗

Oh I also painted a LOT and learned I love cargo pants.
