Happy 40th Birthday to our beautiful daughter! ❤️

Forty years ago, we received our very first blessing: YOU!

My gorgeous daughter, you have grown into an amazing mother, an extraordinary human being, and a wonderful friend. We are beyond proud of the woman you have become and the beautiful heart you share with everyone around you.

Every day, you shower me with your love (sometimes a little too much of it!), but I wouldn’t have it any other way. You are, and always will be, one of our greatest joys and blessings.

May our Good Lord continue to bless you with good health, endless happiness, and the opportunity to unwrap all the beautiful things He has waiting for you. And until we can hold you in our arms, may you feel our hugs and kisses across the miles.

We loved you then, we love you even more today, and we will love you forever.

Happy 40th birthday, my precious daughter. You are so loved! ❤️

Great workout today with my guy Javier! 🔥🏀

He put in some great work with Coach Carlos during his skill development session, focusing on in-game shooting, applying pressure, and expanding his overall bag. We wrapped up the session with some competitive 1-on-1s to put everything into action.

Great work today, Javi!💪🏻

Great 30 for 30 session with my guy Javier last night! 💪🏀

We started upstairs with an upper-body athletic performance workout, focusing on bench press, lateral shoulder raises, bicep curls, and core stability work with weighted planks. The goal was controlled reps, quality movement, and building strength over time.

After the lift, Javier headed downstairs with Coach Carlos for a skill development session focused on game-like shooting, ball control, and getting quality reps in while learning to perform under fatigue.

A complete workout from start to finish. Proud of the effort he brought and excited to continue helping him become the best player he can be.

Great work, Javier! 🔥🏀

Great skill work session with our guys Javi and Julian. We focused on crossovers, coming off defenders, creating separation, and finishing at the elbow. Great jump shots, great rhythm, and great flow throughout the workout.

These guys are hard workers. Let’s keep pushing and stacking great days. 🏀💪🏻

An amazing work week in Miami gave us the opportunity to connect with the family and celebrate a bumpy 68th birthday for my Honey! Wrapped up with the most thoughtful surprise celebration!

Great guard work session today with Javi & Julian 💪🏻🏀

We focused on bag work, combos, getting to their spots, and finishing from different positions. Started on the perimeter and worked our way inside.

High-level athletes. Elite ball handlers. Lethal scorers.
Grateful to have them back in the gym after their championship run in South Carolina. Let’s keep building 🚀

🚨 SUMMER TWO-A-DAY PERFORMANCE PROGRAM NOW OPEN🙂‍↕️🏀

This is NOT your typical summer camp.

This is our Crossed Athletics Summer Academy Training Program, built for athletes serious about improving their game this offseason.

We’re only accepting 20 athletes total for June & July.

Athletes must enroll in either:
✔️ 20-Session Package
✔️ 40-Session Package

Our structure is different from traditional camps:

✅ Train 1x per day OR 2-a-days
✅ Train 1–5 days per week depending on your schedule
✅ Sessions work around family travel, vacations & other camps
✅ Parents stay in full control of scheduling
✅ Sessions are only deducted when used
✅ Any unused sessions roll over for the full year

We prioritize quality over quantity, which is why enrollment is limited.

If your athlete is serious about development this summer, this program is designed for you.

@xtreme305basketball showed up and showed out with a 4-0 at the AAU Easter Classic in Orlando. These boys are simply amazing, and we are so blessed with the care and support from their great coaches. Some games were nail biters, impressive and unforgettable! We love it when tournaments are in Orlando!

Great session with our guy Javi today. 💪🏻🏀

He got some strong work in with Coach Bryce, focusing on reading and attacking off screens using the snake. They worked on shooting off the screen, driving off the screen, visualizing splitting defenders to get to the rim, and curling to the baseline for a corner catch-and-shoot three.

Javi is continuing to develop his bag and becoming more consistent with his shot. The spin and rotation on the ball when he shoots has been looking great, and you can really see his confidence growing each session.

He’s got a great handle, strong mechanics, and he’s a high-level athlete with a lot of upside.

Great work today, Javi. Let’s keep building. 📈🔥💪🏻🏀
