✨ Before Body Smart, Amy felt like she was losing herself. 💔 After years of being strong, capable, and athletic, her body no longer felt like her own. Between surgery, menopause, injuries, and constant pain, everything that used to feel natural now felt hard. The more she tried to push through it, the more stuck she felt. 😞 The cycle became exhausting. Start again. Fall off. Feel worse. Repeat. Her confidence took a hit, and for the first time in her life, she felt unsure of what to do next. 🏃‍♀️ Amy was someone who new discipline, grit, and resilience. But this season of life required something different… and she knew she couldn’t do it alone anymore. ✨ Enter Body Smart, instead of pushing harder, Amy learned how to rebuild. Slowly. Intentionally. With support. She focused on healing her body, rebuilding strength, and creating habits that actually worked for her life now, not the version of her from years ago. 💬 Coach Natasha shared, “Amy has been an absolute superstar from day one. Her grit and resilience are unmatched, but what’s been most powerful is how she’s shown up with consistency, even while recovering and rebuilding. I couldn’t be prouder.” 🔥 Amy didn’t just “bounce back” She rebuilt herself stronger than before 🌟 She regained her energy 🌟 Rebuilt her strength and stamina 🌟 Reconnected with the athlete within her 🌟 And most importantly… found confidence in her body again 🧠 This journey was not about perfection. It was about trust. Learning to trust her body, trust the process, and trust herself again. 🙋‍♀️ PS - If you’re a busy woman over 30 and want to...    ✅ Lose 5-10lbs (2-5kg) a month (and keep it off!) 📉  ✅ Reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease & stroke 🫀  ✅ Develop lifelong habits & skills so getting healthy is easy 🙌  ✅ Rebuild your confidence & self-esteem to feel like you again 💁‍♀️    🤝 We GUARANTEE you’ll hit your weight-loss goal or get your money back 💰    ⭐️1,400+ Five-star reviews on Trustpilot, we are the highest-rated women’s weight-loss company in the world 🌍 💬 Follow me, then comment “TRANSFORM” to find out more! ✨ Before Body Smart, Amy felt like everything was working against her. Years of being an athlete had taught her to push harder when things got tough, but this time it was different. Between the pandemic, menopause, injuries, and an abdominal hernia, her body felt completely unfamiliar. Joint pain was constant, her weight kept climbing, and the cycle of start, fail, start, fail was taking a serious toll on her confidence and mental health. Activities she loved like golf, hiking, cycling, and skating started to feel out of reach. For the first time in her life, she felt overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. She knew she needed support and accountability. ✨ That is when she found Body Smart and Coach Natasha. What started as a goal to lose weight quickly became something much bigger. Through personalized coaching, Amy began building habits that actually supported her life and her body. She focused on protein, sustainable nutrition, and consistent daily actions instead of chasing quick fixes. 💬 Her coach @natashabefit shared, “Amy has been an absolute superstar from the very beginning. As an ex Iron Woman competitor she already had incredible grit and resilience, and she matched that with consistent effort every step of the way. I am so proud of her.” 💪 Today, Amy is stronger, more confident, and back to doing the activities she loves. What she gained through this journey goes far beyond weight loss. She gained knowledge, sustainable habits, and a deeper understanding of herself that will last a lifetime. ✨ 🙋‍♀️ PS - If you’re a busy woman over 30 and want to... ✅ Lose 5-10lbs (2-5kg) a month (and keep it off!) 📉 ✅ Reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease & stroke 🫀 ✅ Develop lifelong habits & skills so getting healthy is easy 🙌 ✅ Rebuild your confidence & self-esteem to feel like you again 💁‍♀️ 🤝 We GUARANTEE you’ll hit your weight-loss goal or get your money back 💰 ⭐️1,400+ Five-star reviews on Trustpilot, we are the highest-rated women’s weight-loss company in the world 🌍 💬 Follow me, then comment “INFO” to find out more! ✨ Before Body Smart, Jessica felt stuck in a cycle that so many women know too well. Years of dieting, stopping and starting, and trying to push through exhaustion left her feeling defeated. She wanted to show up better for herself and her family but nothing seemed to stick. 💬 On her graduation call, Coach Natasha shared something powerful: “Jessica has seen so much success during her time here, including an incredible 75lb weight loss. But what stands out the most is her resilience. She kept showing up, even when life felt heavy.” 🔥 Jessica’s transformation wasn’t built on perfection. It was built on consistency, self belief, and learning to get back up again and again. She committed to the basics, trusted the process, and focused on becoming one percent better each day. 💪 Over time, the weight dropped… but something even bigger happened. Jessica rebuilt her confidence. She developed strength she never thought she’d have again. She stopped second guessing herself. And she learned she could follow through. Coach Natasha said it best, “What you’ve achieved physically is incredible, but who you’ve become, that’s the real win.” 🌟 Today Jessica is graduating as a totally different woman: lighter, stronger, happier, and fully in control of her health and habits. Her transformation is proof that when you combine guidance with grit, anything is possible. 🙌 If you’re ready to rewrite your story like Jessica did, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. 🙋‍♀️ PS - If you’re a busy woman over 30 and want to... 💥 “They said it was too late. She proved them wrong.” At 65, after surviving breast cancer, a major knee injury, and a rare illness that left her hospitalized, Linda was told she’d never get better. That her body had hit its limit. But she refused to believe that. With grandbabies on the way, she decided to fight for her future. ❤️ “I was at rock bottom. I had lost control of my body. I felt defeated.” Joining Body Smart as a last resort, everything changed. From walking just 2,000 painful steps with crutches, she now walks 10,000+ steps pain-free. She lifts her grandkids. Plays on the floor. Rebuilt her strength from the ground up. 🧠 “I’ve learned to be kind to my body. I show up every day, whatever that looks like.” Coach Natasha shares: “Her journey moved me to tears—from frustration to joy. Linda made herself a priority and transformed her life. Supporting her has been one of the greatest honors of my career.” 💬 Linda says: “Body Smart is the most important investment I’ve ever made. It gave me my life back.” 🚨 Her message? Don’t let anyone else define your limits. 👩‍🏫 As an elementary school teacher, Luisa worked an active but very long hours with very little time for herself. 😳 Luisa had tried everything: weight watchers, keto, intermittent fasting, hcg injections, Noom, paleo,….. you name it, she had tried it. 😔 Luisa said, “I was very discouraged and feeling helpless with regards to weight loss. I was very unhappy with my physical appearance and was getting quite concerned about developing illnesses and diseases associated with being overweight. I was working out fairly regularly but not seeing any results.” 🍽 She wanted to make a change after having dinner with a friend that she hadn’t seen for a long time and she though she looked amazing! She reached out to her to ask what she had been doing and she told her about Body Smart! clap Since joining Body Smart, Luisa has lost over 30Lbs but she has learnt that she is mentally stronger than she thought when it comes to food. muscle Luisa said “I feel more complete in my own skin and I feel like I’m becoming the best version of myself.” 👩‍🎓Coach Natasha who was paired with Luisa said: “Her mindset is strong and her focus is sharp so I am excited to be working with her all the way to graduation this summer!”What advice would you give yourself looking back to before coaching, or to someone who is sitting on the fence themselves? Advice to those who are thinking of joining Body Smart, “My advice would be trust the process, take part in as many of the learning opportunities that Body Smart has to offer, and be consistent and honest with yourself. What have you got to lose, besides weight?” 🙋‍♀️ PS - If you’re a busy woman over 30 and want to...    ✅ Lose 5-10lbs (2-5kg) a month (and keep it off!) 📉  ✅ Reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease & stroke 🫀  ✅ Develop lifelong habits & skills so getting healthy is easy 🙌  ✅ Rebuild your confidence & self-esteem to feel like you again 💁‍♀️    🤝 We GUARANTEE you’ll hit your weight-loss goal or get your money back 💰    ⭐️1,300+ Five-star reviews on Trustpilot, we are the highest-rated women’s weight-loss company in the world 🌍 Comment or DM ‘CutTheBS’ or click the link in the bio to find out more 📲

🌟 This will change how you think about weight loss - and it’s not what you expect! As a mental health therapist, Amanda knew all about helping others. But when it came to her own health journey, something wasn’t adding up. 💪 She was doing “all the right things” - yet the scale kept creeping up. Even her doctor just shrugged and said to “work on diet and exercise” (which she already was!) 😔 She was at a crossroads: either accept this was “just how it was going to be” and give away all her favorite clothes... or try something different. Through our 1-on-1 coaching, Amanda discovered: 🍽️ Even “healthy” foods add up (her salads were hitting 1000 calories!) 🧠 How to recognize emotional eating patterns 💡 The importance of protein goals specific to HER body and lifestyle ⚖️ That moderation, not restriction, was her missing piece The results? 39 lbs (18kg) down, ZERO knee pain, and finally understanding her body’s unique needs. But the biggest win? Food freedom. No more confusion, just clarity about what works for HER body. 👊 “It’s okay to face yourself,” she says. “Sometimes we need someone to help us see our blindspots.” 🙋‍♀️ PS - If you’re a busy woman over 30 and want to...
