Two events. One week. Energy I’ll never forget. ⚡

A few weeks ago I took Elevate12 out from behind the screen and gym into the real world. I hosted events for the first time — running the Elevate12 challenge at two incredible events, surrounded by some of the most driven, like-minded people I’ve ever been around.

The first was a business and ideas event — a room full of founders, creatives and entrepreneurs all building something with real purpose. The kind of place where one conversation can change your whole trajectory.

The second was a wellbeing retreat — health, movement, nature and community, full of people who genuinely live this stuff, not just post about it.

Two different events same electric energy.⚡️

I met people of every age — young lads just starting out, and people decades in who still train, still learn, still chase more. All united by one thing: they actually care about their health, their mindset and living better. You don’t forget a room full of people who all want to grow.🙌🏾

But what hit me hardest were the conversations. Not small talk — real, deep, honest conversations with genuinely good-hearted people who are trying to make a difference in this industry. We talked for hours about where things are heading, the ideas we want to build, and how we can actually help people.

And again and again it came back to men’s health — and specifically, men’s mental health. The state of it right now in society. How many men are quietly struggling, with no outlet, no direction, no one in their corner. How so much of what’s sold to young men online makes it worse, not better. Those conversations moved me. They reminded me exactly why I started this — it was never just only about physiques. It’s about giving men a path, a purpose, and a community that actually gives a damn and gives young men a place to grow and develop physically as well as mentally.💯

I connected with incredible founders, brands and personalities doing real work in the health and wellbeing space — conversations that lit a fire in me, and collaborations I genuinely can’t wait to bring to life. Only the beginning🏔️
