POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A few days in Bend with the @sunhomesaunas crew. Getting to build a business with my best friends and family is about as good as it gets. I know how rare that is, and I don’t take it for granted. Grateful for this team and everyone who’s helped us get here.

Goodbye, summer ❤️

What’s not pictured in my highlight reel: the laughs, the cries, the stress of running a new business while having a baby, the crash outs, the highs and the lows.

Just part of being human 😬

Meet Natascha ✨
She joined Amara Cor on a two-week trial while visiting La Jolla, curious to experience Pilates on mixed apparatus.

From reformer to chair, she explored new ways to move, building strength, control, and confidence with each session.

Pilates is not just a workout — it’s a practice.
Thinking about trying it?

Your journey can start here too.
