We wrapped up our 7v7 spring season this past weekend down in Lincoln in the Mother’s Day showdown! Thanks to @nebraska7v7football for giving so many teams opportunities to come out and compete by putting on great tournaments. Our 15u (Kinnie) competed their butts off and brought home 1st place! I’m so proud of all of our boys, coaches and the brand we set out to represent every time we compete! In a climate where winning seems to trump everything, we constantly preach to our boys that winning is the cherry on top! The goal is glorify God through their talents by playing the game hard and the right way! Win or lose! To get better, to be a good competitor and teammate! We’ve seen so much growth in our 7v7 program. Starting with 3 teams last year, to having 7 teams competing this year! Simply by trusting God, serving and giving kids opportunities to just play, Get reps and have fun playing with friends! I can’t wait to see what God has in store for year 3! LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
