@morrisfitness is where my daughter trains. She wanted to film me today… So you know I had some business to handle. We came, we saw, we conquered. That in and of itself was worth the aches and pains I’m feeling now.

I don’t train much these days, it was nice to go in and be able to put on a good show for the squad. I was blown away at the energy in the room, the people traveling in from far away, through a hurricane just to wrestle. The weather forced a change of venue and @morrisfitness stepped up and offered to host. Garage doors rolled up, fall air, a constant breeze… it was something very unique, very special, and being there with my daughter made it a memory that I’ll never forget.

You wouldn’t accept excuses from your kid you have wrestling. Why do you accept the excuses you’ve come up with for yourself? Get back on the mat.

#ᴛʙᴛ from GA State 🤼‍♀️

First time wrestling 10U at 8 years old.

4th in Freestyle and 3rd in Greco 🥉

It was a tough Madison bracket where I was the youngest and lightest in the group. I wrestled the Freestyle champion, almost two years older and 4 lbs heavier, and still found a way to score.

Proud of the progress

🥈 My baby girl @stephanie.aamorim did THAT, Top two in GA
Past Saturday at Girls State (K2 • 51–56 lbs) she went 3–1 and brought home 2nd place.

She also won the Hammer Series Championship 🥇 this season and none of it was luck. Countless reps, lots of privates, and a ton of tough rounds with her big brother… she’s been following Ryan’s footsteps since day one, and now she’s making her own path.

So proud of you, my baby. ❤️🐉

Huge thank you to @morrisfitness , @coachmfjojo_ @nate_buk @chase_.murray @tyson_up13 @dr.marcusthompsondc @tr3ybae @maggie._graham , and all her teammates for the love and work every day. 🐲👸🏻🔨 #tbt
