The people you surround yourself with have a bigger impact on your future than most people realize.

Growth requires being around people who push you, challenge you, and believe in something bigger.

Be intentional with who you walk with. 🔥

Road trip to Las Vegas is officially underway! 🚗☀️

We made it through the border with no issues… and then came our first Canadian experience.

Walked into the men’s washroom only to discover the stall had no lock… and no door. 😂

Let’s just say that was a level of trust I wasn’t quite ready for.

What’s the funniest or weirdest thing you’ve experienced while traveling? 👇

We didn’t plan to work together…heck most of us didn’t even know each other 6 years ago!

We just got tired of feeling like it was the same day on repeat…
like groundhog day over and over...
even though we all came from completely different careers!

Nursing shifts.
Retail hours.
Management roles.
Government jobs.
Classrooms.
The list goes on….

All from different paths… with the same uneasy feeling: there had to be something more!

So we tried something new.

We didn’t fully understand it at first (scary for some)...but there was a system to follow, and we followed it.

There were people ahead of us who had already gone through it—and we leaned on that!

We stayed open, kept learning, and started building our mindset as entrepreneurs along the way 📕

Now we’re building something that actually fits the life we wanted…
not just the one we settled for!

Turns out, that feeling of “there has to be more”… was right.

Hosted 20 of our Top Associates for a reward trip in Jasper National Park! 🌎 They worked hard over the summer helping families and building their business , they deserve recognition for their efforts!🙏🏻

It was so incredible investing time with these champions in a magical mountain setting!! 🏔️

When I got started in business almost a decade ago, I couldn't wait to run my own Agency & pour back into the people & staff 💙

The last few years doing so have been beyond fulfilling! The people here are absolutely phenomenal humans and am so proud of them for who they are becoming.

They’re making a true difference out there for others!

Next up: Taking my #1 top Associate for an all expenses paid trip to Whistler next weekend! @geistgunnard

And also wrapping up a campaign to close out 2024 strong by taking our new promotions to ARIZONA BABY! 🌵 This is an extra special reward as our Executives @savdawe @adamdaweceo are organizing a world class trip for them and us!

Life is so good!

God is so so Good! 🙏🏻

It’s a blessing to be a blessing and be in an environment conducive to growth, lifting each other and creating lasting memories.

Im so proud of our Brokerage Team and the waves they’re making for other people while growing our culture in the best way!
