After going through an incredibly tough period dealing with constant injuries, mental burnout, and underperformance, I realized that I was chasing a version of success that was never mine. I was never going to be the one to jump the farthest or run the fastest.

And that was okay. Rising by lifting others, I am proud of who I am today.

I am incredibly blessed to have spent the last 4 years of my life doing what I love. The late-night meets, friendships forged, memories made, adversities overcame, and the lessons learned - will always mean more than the MileSplit could ever.

Thank you @1rebeltrackxc for an unforgettable 4 years. Wouldn’t trade it for the world. ✌️❤️
