2 4x4’s, 1 long jump, 3 400’s, one medal, two torn hamstrings. That’s what I got this season. I’m sad that the season had to end this way, but I’m forever grateful for what track gave me. I wasn’t very good at most sports, and track was something I was finally good at. It gave me confidence and made me happy. While I’m sad I couldn’t get to do more in my senior year, I’ve been so blessed to have the chance to come back at all. For that, I want to thank Pettisville for the chance to run all these years, my friends and family for supporting me, and I want to thank God for being with me through everything, and for blessing me with these opportunities. Even though it was short lived, this was one of my favorite track seasons I’ve had. So thank you
