Bachelor Party Weekend a few weeks back. Really love and appreciate these men in my life. Camping, fishing, disc golf. Thank you @riyano98 for the photos.

Race day is a celebration of all of the gainZ you have made in the build up to the event. I find so many athletes put too much stress/pressure on themselves on race day and forget that we do this as an outlet from the everyday mumbo-jumbo. Believe me, through the years I have been this athlete who feels the weight of race day. I have come to realize that the work is done, all I can do on race day is go execute to the greatest of my ability while enjoying the journey. This has not only led to more enjoyable experiences but also to better results. Ventura Triathlon last weekend was the perfect example of this. I was loose and stress free going into the start. I pushed the pace start to finish with some solid competition amongst @natefdot and @jasonlittlekipsmith for the podium. I ended up with a 22 minute swim(1500m), 58 minute bike(25.1 miles) and 32 minute run(5.9 miles(5:39min/mi pace) for a 1:56 Total Time 2nd Place finish and a bottle of wine. STAY LOOSE and RACE FAST!

What a weekend of racing for the @tower_26 family. From Australia to Ibiza to New Jersey, St George, California, and beyond. The coolest thing is to see the community of Tower 26 triathletes check In and cheer each other no matter where in the world teammates are racing. It’s going to be a fun 2pm Tuesday Team call this week!

P.18 in Americas Cup Missouri this weekend.

Rough start to the day after a brutal swim, getting kicked in the jaw and getting pushed to the back of the swim. Salvaged what I could from the race and happy to come back and finish up the day with a strong bike and run.

A few impressions from last week in Oceanside. I came in with a beginner’s mindset and leave knowing this is what I want to do. To @natefdot who made the weekend so smooth for me, my team back home who got me here, and the endless support and streaming I got; I appreciate it 🫶🙏
A few more days in California before we hit Florida 🇺🇸🫡

Rolling with the punches 🤦🏼‍♀️

I broke my foot in my first race of the season a few weeks ago ( a classic Annie incident ) but still went out to La Paz to test some swim/bike fitness.

After one of the best swims of my life, I came out of T1 with a flat tire. I was out of the race by the time I was able to get it pumped up but finished the ride to get in a hard effort.

I’m always keeping things interesting 😅

Also feel like I have to mention the fact we literally had to travel by boat to the race because our air bnb was accidentally on an island.

It was a blast 💥
