Comms went hard tonight! No… the ride was HARD! And HOT! Almost as hot as the vibes! Heat didn’t slow us down, We laughed, we dripped. DRIPPED SWEAT! It was a blast! Oh and we had margs and tacos!
Thanks to the @montevallo.cycling team for showing up and showing out! Congrats to the new head coach @oliv.iahyde and we’ve already welcomed her back all summer, but SO GLAD she is back home and soaking up all the vibes! South Trail Head legend and first ballot STH Hall of Fame inductee! Welcome home!

This post may be overdue, but our gratitude is not! We are so thankful for Mountain Brook Community Church and the incredible mission team they sent to serve alongside us during VBS. Your willingness to love our kids, support our volunteers, and serve our community made a lasting impact. We are deeply grateful for your partnership and friendship!
