📍New York, NY 💙 Minnesota boy at heart
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Summer of 2026 has certainly been a lot of things.

Entering my birthday week I am only focusing on the fun, and it has been very VERY fun.

My Goal for my next lap around the sun- Less certainty about the path and more confidence in the person walking it.

Love you all!

I highly recommend quitting your job as often as possible- to be able to reflect on your accomplishments, hear the impact you’ve had on others, and reconfirm your strengths with yourself. JK, obviously that’s not possible. But, the final moments of a job are the most clarifying and if we could just bottle that euphoria and operate within in, magic would be possible.

When I left my gig three years ago, I went looking for a team of peers, company level leadership, and the opportunity to prove scale in my client services acumen. Fohr delivered on that, and more. It’s hard to imagine another agency model that would have afforded me the privilege to lead 50+ top tier brands, nearly 100 people over time, multiple departments, and millions in revenue. The road was far from smooth, the industry transformed dramatically, my role evolved (VP-EVP), and the company pivoted and explored…

To say I could use 2 weeks off would be an understatement. To say I’m proud would be an undersell. I’m so so so delighted by everything we accomplished in three years. We created programs and ways of working that simply didn’t exist before. We partnered with brands to transform their strategies - and their businesses. We crushed whitespace to prepare for the future, and to hold the line on staying the first and the best. Primarily though, I’m proud of the team I built - those who have gone on to lead brands and teams of their own, and those who continue to deliver the highest quality work in the space, with strategic partnership, with care and passion, and with consultative and creative pursuit.

Thank you, @fohr.co. Thank you to those who played pivotal roles in my time here. Thank you to those who leaped into my heart and will remain there forever. Thank you for teaching me that moments are worth creating and celebrating. Thank you for being the perfect place for me to build, grow, bridge, and launch from.

Now, with full assurance and understanding of what I’m capable of - maybe more than I should be - I’m ready to fly. More on that later- after a trip to Paris, of course.
