In case you missed it 🪶❤️‍🔥 here are some clips I captured from the incredible @nwwcindigenousfashionshow in Grand Ronde, Oregon yesterday.

It was very inspiring from the indigenous designs, the beautiful models, indigenous music, to the powerful message and acknowledgement of #MMIW ✊🏼

As a SE Alaskan I have to shout out to @hukyetsnool for showcasing some #Formline ! I saw that 👀✨✨

Shout out to Keeli Littleleaf, all of the designers, the models, the music artists, the DJ, and all the staff - the hard work did not go unnoticed. 🫶🏽

Thank you for providing good medicine, I had a great time!

Northwest/West Coast Indigenous Fashion Show

What an honor it was to walk for a former model, and someone whose first show was one that I helped coach; @auburnlogan . Walking for Heavenly Runway was such a huge life moment for me. Over the last years I've lost more than 50 pounds, and even before I was heavy I felt uncomfortable being around other people shirtless. However, when a designer asks a model delivers.

I was also able to walk for Finest Feathers (peep that coat).

More importantly, I was able to teach a group of really incredible people how to walk confidently in their own beauty, adorned with Indigenous Brilliance.

As much as I love fashion and modeling, I love teaching and building confidence more. I show up with my personality turned up to 100, and I give my students my all. I worked my ass of on this show, leading models of varying talents, confidence, and experience to a show that was as close to flawless as our crew could have dreamed of.

Being able to represent my people, my community, and my family on this sort of stage fills my cup beyond measure.

I want to tag all of you, sorry if I've missed you. Request to collab or tag yourself in the comments.

See y'all next year.
