This one hits a little different. 🥹 My sweet niece got married this past June and she spent the year before working on herself to help her feel her very best on her wedding day. About 2 months before the wedding she was ready to incorporate strength training and she hasn’t stopped! She had lost about 40lbs after changing her eating and drinking habits and now she was ready to tone it up! 💪
40 classes later (this week she hit that milestone⭐️) and she’s feeling stronger than ever and she’s ready and willing to take on the next 40! So, so proud of you Nat @natknowles_ !! 👏👏 You are an inspiration to many and I couldn’t be happier to get to be your trainer and even better your Aunt!❤️

Days 1,2 and 3 in Kauai! We have hiked, took a day trip over to Oahu, went to the beach and a luau! We are having the best time! This island is so beautiful. We can’t wait to explore more!

It’s crazy to think that in just a couple months we’ll be celebrating Mrs. Knowles 🤍 We probably should not be allowed at an all-inclusive, but I wouldn’t have wanted to tear up Cabo with anyone else. From crying while whale watching, to questionable squid roe decisions, to one too many beers, this trip was one for the books. Love you girls and can’t wait for the big day 🥂
