For the first night in weeks I got 8hrs last night but..

I woke up feel fatigued and really flat.

I looked at my watch, yes 8hrs but my REM was 43mins

And deep was 33 mins. The only difference was the fact I had 3-4 drinks late yesterday afternoon. Now, I don’t drink much but when I even have a couple my sleep is impacted so much.

I can have 2hrs REM from 6.5hrs sleep and feel amazing the next day.

All I’m trying to say is it’s really not the 8hrs but what happens during those important stages of your sleep.

@nattyplussupps Ultimate sleep support to assist with maximising these stages.
