🔥 Celebrate Father’s Day with Steak Kebabs fresh off the grill! 🥩 Made with ingredients from the @boisecoop, this simple recipe is packed with flavor and perfect for sharing with Dad. #boisecoop #boise #munchkintimeblog #recipe #fathersday ✨ Marinade: • ¼ cup avocado or olive oil • ¼ cup soy sauce • 1½ tbsp lemon juice • 1½ tbsp red wine vinegar • 2½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 2 tbsp minced or finely chopped garlic • 1 tbsp honey • 2 tsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp onion powder • ¼ tsp cayenne • 1 tsp black pepper 🥩 For the kebabs: • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes • 2 zucchini, sliced thick • 2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks • Sea salt Whisk the marinade together, toss in the steak, and marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight is even better). Thread the steak, zucchini, and peppers onto skewers. Lightly spray with oil, season with salt, and grill over medium-high heat (450–500°F) for 8–9 minutes, turning occasionally until perfectly charred and juicy. Let them rest for a few minutes and serve with rice, salad, or whatever you’ve got on hand. Save this recipe for your next BBQ! ☀️🍢

🍓 Fresh, vibrant, and straight from the @boisecoop! 🥬 This Spinach Strawberry Salad with crunchy pecans is the perfect balance of sweet and savory, made even better knowing every ingredient was locally sourced. #boisecoop #boise #munchkintimeblog #recipe Strawberry Spring Salad Ingredients: - 5 oz salad greens, or baby spinach about 5 cups - 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced - 1/2 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze - 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon honey - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard - Salt and pepper to taste - 1/4 cup candied pecans or regular pecans Instructions: 1. Onto a large platter add baby spinach, sliced strawberries and crumbled cheese. 2. In a jar, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad. Garnish with pecans and feta cheese. 4. Serve and enjoy!
