Whimsy Weavers Retreat 🌿

Several days have passed since i returned home & truthfully, i’m not sure words will ever fully convey what this past weekend has given me. This entire experience was healing in a way that felt ancient, so deeply rooted in womanhood & the pleasures of being alive thar the world often suppresses. We danced, sang, wrote poetry and spells, read tea leaves, created magic together, & held one another through tears and laughter. I left this weekend feeling profoundly connected to the beautiful, wild, and feral women that I now have the privilege of calling my sisterhood.

There was so much intention woven into every part of this retreat from the home cooked meals made with mindful, symbolic ingredients to the care and passion poured into the space by each facilitator & team member that helped bring it to fruition. Not a single aspect felt accidental, everything felt sacred and full of so much love🌙

I have never felt more rooted in my femininity, my power, or my connection to other women than i do right now. There is something so wholesome & incredibly special about being witnessed, nourished, celebrated, and allowed to simply exist together in all of our softness & wildness, in ways that we once were not able to.

This container filled my cup in ways that I am still discovering. I came home feeling more alive, more connected to myself, more inspired, & deeply grateful for this life. What a blessing it is to be a woman among women ✨️

There is something incredible that happens when women gather with open hearts. Magic is made, wounds are healed, giggles to last a life time accure, food is made with love and intention, and just for a moment we're all encompassing.

This weekend meant so much to me. I was able to bring one of my best friends to her first women's retreat. I lead my first circle thanks to the support of @naturalpowers where I taught how connect to with ancestors using a craft that has been around since humans first learned to make clothes. I opened my heart up in ways that I was too scared to do before. I connected with my yoni by a very special circle lead by @thesacredwhore. I shared a room with some of the most lovely women I have ever met @sadiemftyler
& @forever.grateful. These are are the moments I look back on and say yes I really did that. Thank you to all of the facilitators and women who said yes to this beautiful weekend. I love you all so much.

back in January, Milly asked me to join her in vending convergence wellness campout. as time approached, my body began to grow weak + weary and I was scared I wouldn’t get to join.

What a blessing it is to say that I danced for three nights, with strangers and dragonflies on the sacred ground that is Astral Valley.

I’ve been so disconnected from feeling emotion. Disconnected from my spirit and source. This weekend was a much needed reset before this next season / change of course again. Releasing, remembering, rewiring, reshaping ~ with other folks there intentionally doing the work. Together.

Though the weekend was filled with serendipitous moments + a lot came forth, It wasn’t until Milly facilitated a little release ritual that I could actually let go… and boy did I. Years of tears shed as the moon peaked over the tree line, I was held by my sister who continues to inspire me and give so much guidance and support and LOVE 🌀

Gaia’s gifts of a nice drizzly rain, gentle breezes and a cold spring to cool off in the final days of summer were revitalizing and so appreciated. 🙏🏼

Eternally and forever grateful for it all. There’s so much medicine in the pain.
