Teaching my toddler how to make his own breakfast.

He has his breakfast routine down, so it’s time he learns how to make it himself. Teaching him these little life skills now so he can become more independent as he gets older.

Little Things, Big Lessons. One step at a time. Proud of you, boy.

Spicy smash burgers, at the request of @gorman309 for supper tonight. These were amaAAAZZZiinnnggg!!!!!

I thin sliced some red onion, layed that down in a sizzling hot pan with non stick spray and topped those with some jalapeños.

In a bowl, I mixed one egg, an ass load of seasonings ((including @kindersflavors Cowboy Butter)), one piece of @naturesownbread Keto Bread that I turned into breadcrumbs, and a pound of 90/10 grass fed ground beef. Formed those in to 4 equal balls n placed em on top of the onion/jalaps, then smashed tf outta them.

Once I flipped em, I topped each patty with a slice of low fat American single slices.

Layered two patties onto a @naturesownbread burger bun ((mine was smeared with my Greek yogurt ranch and air fried a few minutes, his was smeared with mayo)) and nommed the absolute FUCK outta these.

Brandon found those horseradish pickles at ABC earlier today and they're delicious!!!!!!!! A little sweet and a little spicy. I ate em straight outta the bucket.

480((ish)) cals
57 g protein ((that's right!!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼))

There’s so many great things I can eat and say about this bread, not only is a real soft and multigrain. It helps me during my diet, and it gives me the right amount nutrients in every bite. Not only is it made loved, but is truly from the nature maintain a keto friendly diet that doesn’t have to be complicated or high in ketosis. and it smells great to end it off.

Breakfast sammy from a while back to start us off. This is NOT the Ocky way. On top of this one was 2 or 3 salt+peppered eggs, who can know for sure exactly how many? I go for somewhere between a diner and soft scramble. Grow up Gordon, they’re not your eggs. As you can see, we utilized a double american cheese slice here, added late so minimal meltage. But, I’ll ask who’s mad at a mickey d’s intact, flaccid, big mac-ish plastic slice? It’s not a preferred eating experience, but not disliked and the visual is classic. Add a trader J’s frozen hashbrown for grease and crunch and general excitement. Avocado fan for health and wellness. Little bit of thick-cut bacon foundation. The bacon slices are not stickin out the sides like scrubs in their best friend’s ride, but rather broken into halves, and stacked like lincoln logs for full coverage and safe bite release. No full strips in the first bite on this puppy. Detail, Cotton…detail. Lastly, this buddy was on a Nature’s Own Keto bun, yet again, with health and wellness in mind. Little aioli on there to tie the bow. These buns are basically a vegetable, man. These things are fibrous. That is all. Enjoy it with your eyes, because there was a lotta discipline required to photo this jawn and not smear it on my forehead rapidly upon its completion.

Packing food to take along with us saves money and time while out and about. Two babies under three keeps us busy and on our toes, but atleast we won’t be hungry! #momlife #contentcreator #sahm #ugc

The texture is a little different/spongy than normal hotdog buns but not terrible; has a good flavor. Buns stayed fresh for longer than usual buns. Will purchase this and have them again

#ad Back-to-school isn’t just about getting the kids back into a routine. I’m working on mine too! 🙌 #targetpartner

After school drop-off, I’ve been getting back into my workouts, and I love having something quick to eat before heading to the gym.

@naturesownbread has become an easy staple to keep stocked after my @target runs, and their new simplified recipe has a shorter ingredient list while keeping the same great taste I already love.

A little breakfast, then it’s time to get that workout in.
