Feeling so grateful to have been part of such a beautiful day at the Nature Studio and Cardea Health Integrative! 🤍

I had the opportunity to share with everyone about slowing down, creating space to notice what we’re feeling and needing, and finding a little more ease in the midst of everyday life.

And I ended my presentation by inviting everyone to actually practice slowing down together… with a guided meditation + song.✨

I loved sharing this work with so many wonderful people.

Underneath it all is something I care deeply about: helping women feel more present, connected, alive, and fully here for their lives…

Slowing down enough to hear themselves again, reconnecting with what truly matters to them, making choices from that place of awareness and connection, and feeling more at home in the life they’re actually living.

I’m so grateful I get to keep bringing this work into the world! 🌿🤍

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be joining @cardeahealthintegrative and @naturestudioyoga this Saturday, September 26th, for their Autumn Health Fair! 🌿

I’ll be there as both a vendor and guest presenter, sharing more about the work I do through @nourish.holisticliving .

In my presentation, From Overwhelm to Ease, I’ll be exploring something I care deeply about: how we can cultivate more ease, presence, and connection in our everyday lives — especially when we find ourselves stuck in go-go-go mode. I’ll also be guiding everyone through a short meditation so we can pause and experience a little of that ease and presence together.

There will also be lots of other local wellness practitioners, vendors, discussions, demonstrations, special event offerings, raffles, and opportunities to connect with the Cardea community.

The event is completely free and open to the public! 🤍

Before every AcuSound, there is a quiet moment.

The mats are waiting. The bowls are ready. The room is still.

And then you arrive.

For the next hour, there is nowhere else you need to be. Nothing you need to accomplish. Nothing you need to give to anyone else.

Just permission to receive.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at The Nature Studio last night. We loved sharing this space with you. 🤍

Until next time.

Two women-owned businesses walk into a sound bath… 😂

It sounds like the beginning of a joke.

Instead, it became the beginning of something pretty special.

Hallie brought acupuncture. Patty brought sound healing. And somewhere along the way, we discovered what could happen when we stopped thinking about our work separately and started imagining what we could create together.

AcuSound became one of those things.

Acupuncture and sound healing, woven together into an experience that neither of us would create quite the same way on our own.

And really, that idea has become the heart of Zen Wellness Collective.

Not to be bigger.

To be better together. 🤍

Our next AcuSound Ritual is Friday, September 11 at The Nature Studio in East Aurora.

There’s something about AcuSound that’s hard to explain until you experience it.

On Friday, September 11, we return to The Nature Studio in East Aurora for our next AcuSound Ritual.

For 60 minutes, acupuncture and sound healing come together in one deeply restorative experience. Dr. Hallie’s acupuncture treatment invites the body to settle while Patty layers in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

You don’t need to know how to meditate.
You don’t need to be good at slowing down.
You don’t need to do anything at all.

You simply get to arrive, get comfortable, and receive.
