My beach waves don’t always cooperate... especially when I wake up looking like I got caught in a windstorm 😅🌿
I’ve been trying @naturesustained Raw & Wild Soap Nut Shampoo + Conditioner and wanted to share my real results. I love that it’s plant-based, gentle, and lets my natural texture do its thing without weighing my hair down. 🍍✨💚
This reel is completely unsponsored—just me documenting my experience and my naturally wild waves. 🌺🌱
Have you ever tried a soap nut shampoo? 👇

My entire life I swore my hair was destined to just be a greaseball. I always had awful dandruff and had to wash my hair every day to every other day or it was so greasy it was disgusting. Especially having such dark hair, it looked dirty FAST.

Balancing my scalp pH has helped my itchy, oily scalp. I only wash my hair once a week now (maybe twice in the summer if I’m just sweating a ton). I don’t use dry shampoo anymore. And my hair is HEALTHY— not oily at my scalp with dry and brittle ends looking fried all the time.

Best of all— the hair products I use are so clean, I can use them on my kids without worry!

If you want to shop my hair care routine, use the link in my bio 🌿 you don’t have to settle for living off dry shampoo forever!
