Introducing the Daily Elixir. 🌿

Your full-spectrum daily vitamins and minerals in a bottle, with nothing synthetic. It's made from nature's most mineral-dense herbs and concentrated to give your body what it's been missing.

Most of us aren't getting the minerals we need from food alone. Our soil is depleted, our food is more processed than ever, and even a "good" diet can leave gaps. So we went back to the root and turned to nature to fuel the body and help it function at its best.

The Daily Elixir is made to support your energy, digestion, and adrenal health, and that's just the beginning. Imagine how good you could feel when your body finally gets the minerals it's been asking for. ✨

Shop the Daily Elixir at the link in our bio. 🌹

1 month down, a lifetime to go 💔🕊️ On July 3rd, my father became my angel. A week before that, my stepmother got her wings. Makes you think about those words “til death do us part”… that’s why I emphasize being INTENTIONAL with what you do with your time on this earth and WHO you spend it with.

I’m not the first or last to lose a parent, but I have no words for how this changed me. Regardless, gotta keep it together and pick up the pieces because legacy lives forever. & To my 7year old sister Sophie, who lost both parents in one week: I know the responsibility that’s on me and I promise with God’s grace we gonna make it through it all.

I swear one day I’ma make a movie of what I went through in a week cause this can’t be scripted. But on a serious note THANK YOU to every single person who show up for me, pray for me during this time. I can’t respond to everyone, but I see you and I mean it.. thank you.

The marathon continues, by any means. 🕊️🙏🏽

Milk flow follows ease.
Oxytocin…the love and letdown hormone ..thrives when we feel supported, calm, and safe.

So often, breastfeeding challenges aren’t just about technique. They’re about emotions, stress, doubt, and feeling alone in the process.

This mama’s words reminded me why holding space, offering reassurance, and simply being present can make all the difference.

You deserve to feel peace in your feeding journey. 🤎

A Gentle, Holistic Start to Labor ✨

When my client’s doctor wanted to induce her, we explored natural ways to encourage labor …honoring her body’s timing while keeping baby moving and grooving! Through okra water, a powerful herbal decoction, and a mix of physical exercises like curb walking and ball movements, she was able to kickstart labor naturally.

Empowering birthing people with holistic options is what it’s all about! Grateful to have been part of this journey.

Have you considered natural induction methods? Let’s talk in the comments! ⬇️ #HolisticInduction #EmpoweredBirth #naturallaborinduction
