Sauna culture isn’t new. But the science behind it is finally catching up.

From improved circulation to stress support and better sleep, the benefits of infrared sauna therapy aren’t just being felt, they’re being studied.

We’re proud to be part of a growing shift in how people care for themselves intentionally, consistently, and with rituals that work.

The sauna movement is here and it’s just getting started.

@nayachiro debut album is out and EVERY SONG was written in our Club!

This is a huge achievement and we’re so proud to be such a big part of it. Raleigh said, “I Heart Songwriting Club has changed my life. I am a real songwriter now and it brings me such joy. The Club has been an important part of making this happen for me!”

Celebrate with us by spinning this record and leaving your thoughts/well wishes in the comments!

EPISODE 20 🎙
Detox with Infrared Saunas, Halo Therapy and Following Your Passion with Dr Raleigh Duncan

In the latest episode, I speak with Dr Raleigh Duncan, Founder and Infrared Sauna creator. During our discussion, how Raleigh started out in a sales position and realizing he wanted to help give back through Chiropractic Medicine. During this time, he discovered the infrared sauna and became a new passion and began developing his own infrared saunas, now ClearLight Saunas all serving his personal mission and passion to help and heal people at scale.
We cover the innate healing power of the human body, how infrared sauna enables that healing process. The benefits of additional modalities in a sauna can aid in detoxification process by providing enough stress to keep your immune system functioning effectively. We cover the interdependencies of our body – physical, emotional and spiritual elements play off one another. Define the Infrared types – Near, Far and Medium Infrared.
We touch on the history of saunas used throughout civilizations and constant testing and evolution of options provided by ClearLight to continue to expand and enable wellness.
