A cup of tea may not change your life.
But it can change the pace of an afternoon, open a conversation, and become a memory.

That’s what I loved most about @nazareteacollection.

Last week they launched their collection in Montreal and I understood why they do it differently: born around a family table, each organic blend is designed not just to be enjoyed, but to be shared. For those real moments I care so much about: calm mornings, long afternoons with people you love, and the pauses we need more than we admit.

Tea, cocktails, beautiful bites, and an idea I fully share: wellness can also have flavour, aroma and memory. And it’s better when shared.

Thank you @nazareteacollection for inviting us into your world and to @ for capturing it so beautifully. 🤍

We hosted the official launch of our tea collection at our spa location in Laval, and what a beginning. Our teas poured as cocktails and mocktails, tastings, delicious bites, and a room full of people who felt like family from the very first sip.
This is what @nazareteacollection was always meant to be: a moment to slow down, gather, and turn a simple cup into a ritual worth sharing.
To everyone who joined us, thank you for making our first chapter one we’ll never forget.
With gratitude to the team who brought the evening to life:
📍 Venue @catarinateodoro_clinic
✨ Event planning & tablescape @hosting.table
🍸 Drinks @mtl_craftcocktails
🍰 Buffet @patisseriemahrouse
🤍 Service @hospitalitymtl
🎞 Backdrop @moxomedia
📸 Photography @lananimmonsphotography
🎥 Video @vitoria.here
🌸 Florals @blossome.ca

Inside Out — What a beautiful beginning!

Yesterday marked the first edition of Inside Out, and I couldn’t have wished for a more meaningful start.

What touched me most was hearing, “This felt nothing like a regular workshop. It had so much of you in it.”

November 5th — Inside Out, Chapter Two

This time, we’ll explore the energy of the people we surround ourselves with. Old friends, new connections, strangers, and the communities we choose.

Because well-being isn’t only about what we do for ourselves, but also who we share our energy and lives with.

A heartfelt thank you to
@cliniquemaindor for opening your doors and hearts to us and for this precious collaboration.

And to
@nazareteacollection ,
@carlachebli.photography
@asha_yoga_pilates
and @beyouberofa
Thank you for your small but meaningful contributions.

To every woman who joined us, thank you for your trust and presence.

See you November 5th!

Desejo à @nazareteacollection todo o sucesso do mundo🤎✨

Afternoon tea, the way it was meant to be.
A light meal served mid-afternoon, traditionally around 4pm: loose-leaf tea, finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream and jam, and a few delicate pastries. Often mistaken for high tea, which is actually a heartier evening meal.
Everything you see here was styled for the ritual, not just the photo.
Swipe through the details.
See you at the table,
Carolina 🤍

Carolina 🤍

Afternoon Tea 🫖
I recently prepared an afternoon tea for friends, and the highlight was @nazareteacollection Love Tea, an unique blend of apples and sweet spices, ideal to be enjoyed in the afternoon, especially during the fall 🍁🍎
