Transform. Excel. Lead. Different Journeys. One enduring Falcon legacy. 🎓

During one of the most challenging chapters in SAU’s history, Breann Bannister, Nazir Imhotep, Israel Pennerman, and Nicholas Black each persevered to earn accredited degrees and begin exciting new chapters in their lives. Their stories remind us that the mission of SAU continues to transform lives through resilience, opportunity, and purpose.

Congratulations to the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 graduates of SAU!

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the @uncf K-12 Education Fellowship Closing Conference in Washington D.C., where me and my team presented our project regarding the retention policy in the state of Alabama. During this experience, I was also given the opportunity to participate in spaces where Black leaders and educators had the chance to learn and build from each other, fostering long-lasting connections and relationships. #uncfsdpd #blackmaleeducator
