Honoured to receive the Newsmakers Achievers Award 2026 in the Best Sports Personality category 🤍

A special mention @vaidehitaman for building and carrying this platform for 18 years. Truly grateful to be the only one recognised from hockey this year. Receiving this honour from the Hon’ble Governor (Rajyapal) of Maharashtra makes this moment even more special ✨
Also forever grateful to my family. I am who I am because of you ❤️

“पुरस्कार लेना भी ज़िम्मेदारी है, और उसे निभाना भी”- Adarniya Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray. Carrying this honour with responsibility and hunger to do more ✨

Soon I will be closing three years in India. Intensive years, full of activity and action. I arrived here at the end of the pandemic locked down. We established new connections in politics, Bollywood, and the business community. We brought Israel’s unique story of creativity and modesty to the forefront.

When people stop me on the streets and tell me they follow me on social media and love Israel, it fills me with great happiness. That’s the whole story.

So, to receive the journalism award for promoting and strengthening relations between countries is truly exciting.
