How We Built @theogcrewofficial ✨👷🏼 Before we launched, we wanted to come in hot….with high production, a high level of editing and new creative concepts weekly. With there being such a huge pressure to get the channel going quickly, we launched with the promise of posting every single week, whilst having only 2 videos ready to go (I initially wanted to launch when we only had the trailer finished..idiot lol). Within a couple of weeks of combining pre-prod, shooting, editing, and posting weekly, reality started to hit of how much the workload was - and how fast we were falling behind. This resulted in the last 18 months being the hardest work I can say I’ve ever been involved in. All 6 of us put our all into growing this business, threw ourselves into the absolute deep end, and it immediately turned into a show that was getting 1 million views on each video weekly. Even with all of that pressure and workload, the last year has been full of SO much fun, however also full of SO many burnouts between us all. I think I hit a new PB and did close to 80 all-nighters in the year lel Even though it’s been pretty hard, the biggest thing that has made all of this worth it, is the relationships I’ve been able to deepen with everyone. It’s been such a blessing to have gotten to work so closely and creatively with each person - what a crazy and magical thing it is to be able to call this a job. To be apart of a team where everyone cares this deeply about each other is a beautiful thing to be apart of. 🥹 To the OG’s: You’re all so fkn incredibly talented and I’m constantly in awe of all of youuu. Thanks for letting me be apart of this crazy ride. Now we’re coming out of survival mode, let’s bring on 2026 bitchezzz ❤️
