Training day with my coach and trainer, Shak! 🎾💪 Former UCSB player and recent Newport Beach PPT Challenger champion!

At the 5.0/5.5 level, it’s not just about having great strokes—it’s about explosive footwork, smart positioning, and relentless leg drive! Every point starts with getting your feet in the right place, loading through your legs, and using your hips to create power. When your movement is sharp, everything else in your game levels up!

And trust me, one look at Shak’s powerful, athletic legs tells you she absolutely practices what she preaches—and is the perfect person to learn from! 😂💪

I haven’t abandoned tennis, I’ve just expanded my horizons... and compromised with my husband. I still love playing with my tennis team at Newport Beach Tennis Club and also playing Pickleball with my husband,at TTC!

So I guess I’m swapping between tennis baseline bombs and pickleball dinks! Then back to work with Dylan to show some incredible Corona Del Mar homes to new clients today!
