Turning the sound into visual noise!
Here’s another batch of merch concepts created for the @softsidemerch x @nothingbutthieves collab!
Heavy grunge textures, layered grit, and dark aesthetics brought together to capture the vibe of the tracks!

For every song on the Stray Dogs album of @nothingbutthieves, there’s a story I shared while listening to the album the first 2 weeks. The reel is a long one (6+ minutes, hey, all for the love of music). Some songs have more time because I didn’t want to “cut” in the middle of an essentiël part of that song, they are the most important part of the reel.
“I needed you then, I need you now”, the most fragile one on the album, has the longest “play” time because of that.
I can talk and write a lot (love doing this), but I like listening even more!
I love music.
Hopefully you enjoy my bundle of listening stories. Thank you for listening to NBT music, and for reading my little writings.

Since I don’t feel legitimate at all, I asked for your opinion on submitting this artwork to @softsidemerch for their collaboration with @nothingbutthieves. And I received positive feedbacks.

I would've liked to come up with anything better, but for months now I’ve been completely consumed by my work and I’m too exhausted to do anything else. Just bear in mind that, if I managed to put this design together, it’s only because I slept for 10-11h the night before and, for the first time in a very long time, I felt rested.

The result is far from what I usually create, but at least I’ve learnt a new skill in creating a grunge-style text.

Thanks to everyone who encouraged me to take part in this and helped me get past my creative block : @liu_draws, @deadclubradio @madness.by.lily @saevinarts 🫶🏻

*intensely stares at this, trying to decide
if I should make yet another @softsidemerch submission*

Yes,I know it'd probably be too late.
No, this wasn't actually intended to be merch design.

‘When I look at you, I feel my blood group change 🩸’

@nothingbutthieves graced the stage at @theprospectbuilding yesterday evening with a beautiful acoustic set with an integrated fan Q&A 📸

WHAT AN HONOUR to photograph! And what an incredible show 🎤 🔥
I thought I would try something different with the black and white as it was an acoustic one :p
