Using the best @simplifaster and the Freelap Timing system. Watch how we use it in our speed sessions! I've been using Freelap timing for years with my girls!

Lutz Florida speed training sessions

It's simple.

But as @zingler_strength says you need "psychotic levels of consistency."

14 boys. All heart. 💙

A season full of learning, growth, and rising together. Their bond has become unbreakable, and they continue to show up for one another every step of the way.

So much resilience, so much pride and so many moments that made this season special. Proud of this team and everything they accomplished. ⚽️🔥 #preecnl #ussoccer #teamwork #floridasoccer #youthsoccer

Speed, strength and agility training in Tampa Florida

One of my favorite parts of strength coaching is seeing development actually blossom 💪🏼

Half the battle is showing up.

It's ignoring a world full of gimmicks and quick fixes and hacks.

It's taking the narrow road where you must be disciplined and consistent.

The road that actually requires grit and persistence even when it's not linear all the time.

Show up.

Follow a program.

Pick a path.

And don't give up when it gets hard.

Don't stop on week 3 when you don't see anything drastic yet.

This stuff takes time.

It compounds like a piggy bank.

And then months, years go by and you're a totally different athlete and human.

You're strong. You're powerful. You're confident.

You don't even recognize who you used to be on week 1.

You're glad you stuck it out.

And this is just the beginning of the magic that is to come.

Keep going.

💪🏼

When I started with Suncoast, I never imagined how far I’d grow. MAP and Integrity Coaching done — and I couldn’t be prouder of the journey. Two amazing programs, countless lessons, and so many incredible people who helped me along the way. MAP ✅Integrity Coaching ✅Here’s to what’s next!🧡
