THE ROAD TO #1 CONTINUES.

Ralph may be a newer name in competitive calisthenics, but he enters the Lock Out League Pro with a strong athletic foundation and the early results to show that he belongs.

After 12 years of training, Ralph has spent the past two years focused strictly on calisthenics—developing his strength, endurance, static holds, body control, and reps-and-sets abilities.

He began competing in 2026 and immediately made his presence felt:

šŸ† Winter WARZ Champion
🄈 Second place across every category in his weight class at the Brooklyn Beach Sports Festival
šŸ† Bar Warz 9 One-on-One Winner

His ability to perform in both reps and sets and static strength makes him more than a one-dimensional competitor. He possesses the range, work ethic, and determination needed to push beyond his limitations and overcome the challenges placed before him.

Just as importantly, Ralph has displayed tremendous sportsmanship throughout his young competitive career. He respects the competition, remains committed to improving, and continues stepping forward whenever his abilities are tested.

Now he is taking the next step—entering a league without weight classes and preparing to challenge some of the most complete athletes in the country.

A newer competitor with proven ability, a growing résumé, and plenty still to show.

Not every athlete enters the league with a long list of championships. Some enter ready to begin writing their own history.

With approximately four years dedicated to calisthenics, Black Goku has quietly invested the hours required to develop elite-level strength, skills, and body control. His planche work, handstand pressing, explosive bar movements, and overall physical ability reveal an athlete whose preparation extends far beyond his competition résumé.

The 2027 Lock Out League Pro season will mark his first official competition—but he is not approaching it like someone who is simply happy to participate.

In his own words, his goal is ā€œto dominate."

That confidence is supported by years of training when there were no judges, no audience, no rankings, and no trophies waiting at the finish. Now he is prepared to bring those countless unseen hours into the competitive arena and test his abilities against some of the best athletes in the country.

He may not have the history—yet—but he has the tools, preparation, confidence, and opportunity to make a serious splash and establish his name among the elite.

Every established competitor once entered their first competition. In 2027, we find out where Black Goku’s story begins.
