Injury. Burnout. Caregiving. Chronic stress. Scared for the future. Scared for us. Scared what life would be like when it all fell apart. Sometimes falling apart is necessary. It allowed us to start over and rebuild. Rebuild ourselves. Rebuild our relationship. Rewrite the future. Sometimes when there’s nothing left, all you can do is focus on how much love there is. I’m rich in life because I have you. I have a partner who believes in me and us, who believes in our future, and after the past 6 months… well there’s nothing we can’t do. Only up from here. #relationshipgoals #relationships #burnoutrecovery #injuryrecovery #strongertogether

no words for how grateful I am to be back with my family - onwards and upwards 💫 after two days of travel we are all settling in and getting used to our new surroundings, picking up right where we left off two months ago, except on a new path, charting a new course for our future built upon the lessons of the past

from battling alcohol/food addiction and spending every day in a mental prison to finding freedom in my mind and in my life - through taking care of my body and mind with fitness and learning how to properly nourish my body🪴 what felt like an eternity spanning over 22 months was actually a life long lesson in learning to love myself #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #recovery
