Yeh hai Liberty Swing — ek aisa swing jo specially wheelchair users ke liye design kiya gaya hai, taaki woh bhi hawa ka ehsaas aur swinging ki khushi bina kisi barrier ke enjoy kar sakein. 🥹

Mujhe laga yeh sirf ek swing hai... lekin yeh toh inclusion, freedom aur equal opportunities ka ek beautiful example nikla. ❤️

Aise playgrounds har jagah hone chahiye, kyunki khushiyan aur fun par sabka barabar ka haq hai.

Reflecting on our busy Term 2. We had 20 students join us every week, and the kitchen was alive with the sound of chopping, laughter, and connection.

But beyond the social connections look at what they achieved! Life and Fork students mastered real, nourishing dishes—from butter chicken,delicious apple tarts to ramen noodles.

What makes Life and Fork different is that we don’t just “teach cooking.” We provide the tailored support needed for every unique individual to thrive. We are here to inspire, learn, and share, giving our students the agency to take these skills home and build a truly independent life.
Seeing the confidence bloom in each student as they realise, “I can do this,” is the true magic of our work.

The NDIA stripped me of my right to self-manage my own care. No consultation. No capacity assessment. No warning. Just a decision made over a video call that has dismantled the support team keeping me alive.

Do you believe that because I am physically disabled, I am not able?

I am not less. I am not incapable. I am not a number. I am a person fighting for the right to live my life my way.

I will not be silenced!
