Norcon Poké-dump! ⚡💪💩
☆
☆
Better late than never! 😅 As if Norcon was a couple weeks ago now, it was so much fun as always and the con blues definitely hit me hard this time round. Obviously love to nerd and geek out with my beautiful niece @xeliseeee.walkerrrrx and catching up with friends but my other favourite part of a convention is seeing all the incredible cosplays! I also really enjoy geeking out with the lovely vendors and hearing about their projects! We're so lucky that Norcon always attracts such a lovely bunch of humans 🙌

Shout out to Chris (Reptar) & Lucy (Cynthia) from @twin_sons_collecting for having our favourite costumes of the Con! Absolute icons ✨

❤️❤️➕🎨: The Toymaker (The Celestial Toymaker)

The showcase continues with another recently finished custom, that ominous foe of the First Doctor whom also would encounter the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Doctors on screen and the Fourth and Sixth Doctors on Big Finish Audios. Another one that, given the parts I used, I’m surprised it has not been done.

Zygons - The Zygon Invasion (2015)

Finally happy with my new series Zygon collection. Designed by @hypnos_creation and sold via @ndwdesign, both of these designs are stunning and look brilliant when brought to life!

❤️❤️➕🎨: Belinda Chandra (The Reality War)

Belinda rapidly became a favourite for me in this era of Doctor Who. Holding her own, standing with and against the Doctor. A fierce Queen. Do I think she was done dirty in the end? Unfortunately, yes. The rewrite of The Reality War had some incredibly questionable decisions (which I’ll not go into all of them here), but completely retconning Belinda’s stoic approach to “I need to get home for Poppy”… that was a choice.

Utilising a number of parts here, Head came supplied in a bundle (I want to say this originated from @ndwdesign and @gallifreycustoms? They can confirm), Martha’s legs, Astrid’s arms, Primeval Abby S2’s torso and Sarah Jane shirt collar, all then sculpted around with green stuff before painting and sealing. Had the create the Season 2 promo stance with 15 (scroll through). One hope we’ll have an official one in the not too distant future.

Displayed here in my RTD2 Console Room Door Diorama from the fab @collect_and_customise 🤍

Get Belinda home! 🌌

With the release of the Joy To The World version of the Fifteenth Doctor figure, I decided to pair him with my Belinda Chandra custom figure as a nod to all of the promotional material for season two.
