⛳️☀️ Swingin’ into sunshine & serving up good vibes 🥥🍓

We had the best time out on the course supporting the Allen Touchdown Club and the amazing Allen High School community 🦅 From great swings to even better bowls, it was a day full of energy, smiles, and giving back 💜

Powered by fruit & good mood ⚡🍍 and an even stronger community 💪

Allen runs on açaí… and we wouldn’t have it any other way 💜

H A P P Y B I R T H D A Y DADDEEEOOOO!!!

The only many I know that can be the father of 5 daughters and carry so much patience, charm, humor, integrity and love in his soul like he wasn’t tested by us every single day.

How is it possible that this photo is all from him? Just my sisters and our children 🤯

Love you, dad.

TO HIS “OTHER” MOMS:

Of course I’m working out of town this Mothers Day weekend, so I can’t help but think about all the women who make our unique situation possible. All Bowen’s other moms and aunties that step in and treat him like their own. Today I think about how many women bend over backwards to show Bowen love and to support me on this sometimes impossible journey of solo parenting. No mother should have to do it alone, and I am endlessly grateful for all the gals that refuse to let me try to regardless of how independent I think I am.

This weekend while I am working out of town doing my absolute DREAM JOB (pinch me) to provide for us, Bowen gets to spend time with three different women who love him, with back up offers from many others to hang with him.

We are so lucky.
We are so loved.

We are so THANKFUL for all his other moms. His beautiful life wouldn’t be possible without you 🖤

After a very strict dry January with no alcohol, no fastfood, no restaurants, no cheat days, logging everything that goes into my body, a shit ton of water, pescatarian diet, annnnnddd 2 a days.. here’s my progress.

Loosing weight: impossible
Building muscle: easy
Burning fat: easy
Social life with this lifestyle: non existent
Science: 100% works, COUNT YOUR MACROS
Sleep: fantastic
Worth it?: mixed emotions…

… I Love the process of seeing results, being healthy, how I feel, how I look, and seeing #hwpo. No social life, weighing all food, eating clean, and working a full time job is STRESSFUL. If I could wake up and workout all day I would, but the health portion is a full time job in itself and after leaving work, I just want to go home, eat and not care if I ate to many grams of carbs, or fat, or force myself to put down a shake just to hit my protein goal. And Sunday’s I want to do nothing, not meal prep for the week. Abs are made in the kitchen, and it IS possible to get them eating that Fettuccine Alfredo 2-3 times a week if you do it right. Doing it Right = A lot of work AND expensive 😵‍💫

With that said, find your happy medium. Do what you do, because you WANT to and because YOU have a goal. Your body is 100% a reflection of you, your habits, and life. Enjoy the process and love yourself no matter what. Do you Boo boo!🌱
