Very foggy start to my short run after a week off, this time to try a different tact on the training. Aiming for more consistent running a less walking, all the while monitoring heart rate and modulating the pace to keep things in line 😁 #trailrunning #running #nature

The moment before the strike.

White-tailed eagle. Rausu, Japan.
500mm. Precision. Zero room for hesitation.

When you’re shooting in sub-zero spray, you don’t get second chances.

Neale trusted OTEX that day — so the only thing he had to focus on was that eye.

Conquer every scene.

What we, @nealemaynard and I, assume is a juvenile Pacific Koel (Eudynamys orientalis) shelters in a tree as it avoids a Magpie Lark (slide five). The Pacific Koel, often called a “storm bird,” is a migratory cuckoo commonly seen during the spring and summer. Females lay eggs in a variety of other bird nests one being that of the magpie lark. We heard the @comedywildlifephoto awards took place recently, and we personally think a few pics from our #QldParks visitors would have made excellent additions. 🌟

Which is your favourite?
