Honored to have been in the room with so many of my heroes for the opening of the @lucasmuseum . ✨ Inspired, invigorated and reminded of what’s possible when you have the courage to bring a bold creative vision to life. Grateful for the invitation. Congratulations George Lucas and @mellodyhobson on this extraordinary celebration of imagination, storytelling and culture.

Amazing night on the Chicago River! Great people, great convo, good old school music, and the Chicago skyline as the perfect backdrop.

Thanks to @lesterconey for having me host alongside him bringing together such an incredible group of people to kick off the holiday weekend. Nights like this are what Chicago summers are all about.

72 years later, the legacy of Brown v. Board of Education continues to inspire reflection, conversation, and action.

We’re honored to share voices and perspectives from those who joined us for this year’s 72nd Anniversary Commemoration on May 17th as we reflect on the lasting impact and continued significance of this historic decision. ✨

Had a wonderful time last night at @ebonymagazine Power 100 Gala in Los Angeles celebrating trailblazers across entertainment, business, culture, and community. When I say everyone was there…I mean everyone — from my favorite actors and industry leaders to cultural tastemakers and innovators. A beautiful evening honoring excellence, legacy, and impact. Incredible job to the entire Ebony team.

On this day in 2021, we wrapped up Sprite’s Who’s Got Next competition, where the winner hit the red carpet as EBONY’s next correspondent. With celeb judges like 💥Tanika Ray, 💥LisaRaye McCoy, and 💥Nixon Jr., it was a moment to remember.

I was leading the media strategy, taking content to millions online and gathering talent from across the country. Shoutout to winners Yonathan Elias and Jenn Rodriguez, who’ve over the years have interviewed some of the entertainment industry’s biggest stars!

Oh, and let’s not forget — we ALL got Media Training with @thereallraye1 herself!! Time to start flexing those red carpet skills again 💃🏽 ✨
