One year ago I walked into a dance space as a complete stranger… and was welcomed like family. Since then, dance has challenged me, humbled me, energized me, and expanded me in ways I didn’t expect. Because this community poured into me from day one, I wanted to pour back. So I sponsored a Bachata dance contest at The Spot Bar and Lounge… and by no coincidence, the competition landed on my birthday. Needless to say the night was amazing. That’s alignment.
