So glad I got to spend my whole weekend with @heels_empowerment dancing, having fun, eating ice cream , scaring most of Cardiff with our singing, and watching our showcase on a cinema screen!!!❤️

I couldn’t ask for a better community to be apart of! The support in the room is second to none and every single woman in that room I admire so heavily!! @teandewx really brought the vibes with the commercial routine on Saturday 🎉

January me wouldn’t believe me if I said I can dance in a pair of stilettos (and also did it in front of 500 people btw) 🤭I was so scared to meet new people and so stuck in my ways of just doing nothing when I got home from work but it actually feels so amazing to dance almost everyday!!💗and I have met people who I now call my best friends and that to me id what dance is all about!💗

Heels Empowerment Showcase 2026 🪩🪩

I have loved every minute of the last 6 months rehearsing with the best group of women!! Through blood sweat and tears (a lot of tears on my end) we all pulled through and put on one hell of a show!💓

@a.mez777 and @tayahughes @trainedbytoni I couldn’t be more thankful to you! For all the encouragement when I was crying about my back! The positive chats before going on stage and the best laughs throughout every rehearsal!💗so glad to have met you and so proud to call you my friends!!❤️

@heels_empowerment Thank you for building this community where WOMEN SUPPORT WOMEN! It’s more than just dance it’s taught me that through strength and discipline you can have a laugh and a joke, you can fall and people will be there to pull you straight back up! And you can have fun! For the opportunity and the hard work thank you! To every instructor and of course @marthadunbar_ and @geeo_rose I couldn’t have done it without your support!!💓💓

Love you all!!💗💗
