back in may, the homie @_erikparedes asked if i’d be down to run the @villetovillerelay - a 68 mile relay race from summerville to mount pleasant.

my first thought was there’s physically no way i could run a combined 13 miles across my legs of the relay. but i’m glad i said yes because we got that shit done and had a hell of a time doing it!

13 miles might not seem like a lot to some of y’all, but for someone who was barely hitting 4 mile runs without stopping a few months ago, i’m hype! even hit a PR pace on my first and second legs 🙏

our team name and shirts were pretty fire too. shirts designed by ya boy 🙋‍♂️

i guess it’s time to start training for a true half marathon…

Meet our Child-Watch Lead, Sarah!

She has been with us since 2023. She pours so much into our Burn kids and child-watch team.

She keeps the kiddos busy with activities and games while their parents get to focus on their workout.

We love you, Sarah!

If you have kids and have been thinking about trying us out, we promise that your kids will love her too ❤️ Come on in!
