💌 Love letter to him

A lot of life has happened between these two photographs babe. The beautiful bits. The babies. The adventures. The losses. The growing up. The getting it wrong. The starting again. The versions of ourselves we'd have to meet and sometimes learn how to love all over again.
We make a lot of it look easy.
Lord knows it hasn't all been easy.
I think somewhere along the way we just made a decision that whatever life threw at us, we'd join forces rather than turn on each other. Never a me vs you. It's always been Us vs whatever comes next... and now back here. Hoi An. Older. Different. With 2 little humans beside us and a whole lot more life written across our faces. Feeling more grateful and blessed than ever.
I'd choose you again Mr R. Every version. ❤️ x

Somewhere along the way, we became more afraid of looking cringe than we were of wasting our lives.

Dance weird. Laugh loud. Be embarrassing.

I’d rather be cringe than spend my life watching myself live it. ✌🏽

Just our advice. You don't have to listen.
But it's highly advisable that you do. 😂
Xin chào, bitches. ✌🏽😂

I want my kids to have a beautiful life. I really do.
I want them to see the world, try things, have things, experience things we could only ever dream of... but I never want any of it to become normal.

I want them to know that their dad once thought an Etch A Sketch was the absolute dream… and never even owned one. 😂

We tell them these stories all the time and will continue to do so.
Not so they feel guilty for having more but so they understand what having more actually means.

We can give our kids the world and still teach them to appreciate the smallest things in it. 💚💫

Thank you, Hanoi 🇻🇳

For the heat, the chaos, the coffee stops, the people watching, the little moments and the memories we didn't know we'd make.

We're learning to travel a little differently these days.
Slower. Less pressure to see everything. More time to just be somewhere. And when it feels like time to move… we move.

So we're off...onto the next chapter 🌏

My Balkan brain has been conditioned to think I'm always travelling with illegal substances 😬

Marry your biggest fan.

It's very important to take the piss out of each other daily.
To laugh until you cry. To dream ridiculously big. To celebrate each other's wins like they're your own.

The secret was never finding someone "perfect."
It was finding someone who genuinely wants to see you become more of yourself. Someone who says " go for it babes!"
Someone who believes in you on the days you don't.

Marry the person who claps the loudest when you become more you.

We are sharing our story as it unfolds. Join us.
Barefoot. New friends. Songs learnt. Covered in stories. Already planning what they'll grow next.

First day of school in Bali ✔️
They're already counting down the hours until tomorrow.

And then Sofi said...
"I know I have friends in London... but here I feel so free."

I think that says everything.
