The Carolynn Children & Family Foundation is at the heart of Virgil’s Light. 💜 On October 14 from 4–7 PM at Need 2 Speed, the community is coming together for a family-friendly fundraiser benefiting the Carolynn Children & Family Foundation, while also honoring Virgil Wilkinson and celebrating his birthday. Expect DJ Bingo, a photo booth, flower booth, cake, a candlelight vigil and plenty of family fun! Scan the Virgil’s Light QR code while you’re there and 10% of your Need 2 Speed purchases that day will support the fundraiser. #VirgilsLight #Need2SpeedReno #CarolynnChildrenAndFamilyFoundation #RenoCommunity

Need 2 Speed invited me to try their new menu at the North Reno location, and I took that assignment very seriously. 🏎️🍽️ Here’s how the night went: sweet chili Asian salad, firecracker shrimp, handmade mozzarella sticks, and loaded sweet potato tots with smoked pork. Then came an in-house smoked pulled-pork sandwich with blue cheese coleslaw and their version of fried chicken with chimichurri sauce. Next up were Alfredo pasta with salmon and chicken parm pasta. We finished with a warm pazookie cookie and freshly made apple pie because apparently we still had room for dessert. 🍪🥧 Thank you to Need 2 Speed for inviting me and treating us to the food! Which dish would you try first? And make sure to follow me for more food, travel and places to try! ✨ #need2speed #renofood #foodtravel #reno #britdelicious
