The motto this year has been one day at a time ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ I've been working really hard on accepting the things I can't control and focusing on what I can. I may not be able to be as consistent as I would like with training but working on the healthy habits that are a little easier to manage like my daily water intake ๐Ÿ’ฆ Has this year been extremely unpredictable for anyone else? Or just me? ๐Ÿ˜… #dasanipartner #caribbeanbottlersttpartner #dasaniwater
