96 hours in Jamaica... and a lifetime of memories. 🇯🇲🤍
Some experiences are simply too special to put into words.
Spending 96 unforgettable hours celebrating @ alongside an incredible group of women was truly a gift. From the laughter and heartfelt conversations to the beautiful moments we shared, every hour reminded me of the power of sisterhood.
To our birthday queen, thank you for bringing us together to celebrate such a phenomenal milestone. Wishing you continued joy, good health, love, and abundant blessings in this new chapter. 🥂✨
To every amazing woman I had the pleasure of meeting—thank you for your warmth, kindness, and beautiful energy. It was truly an honor sharing this experience with each of you, and I hope our paths cross again.
Until next time... One Love. 🇯🇲❤️

Meet Gail Jackson | I sat down with the woman who has run Negril Tree House through fax machines, ice trucks, and nights with no power at all.

45 years. Same GM the whole time.

She told me the real reason most people don’t make it in this business. It is not what you think.

The woman who beat me at pickleball also survived breast cancer, built a business on candlelight, and has had the same GM for 45 years.

Her name is Gail Jackson and she owns Negril Tree House, founded in 1979. No cable. No generator. When the lights went out, the whole property just lit candles and kept going. Gail has been running it ever since.

Now she is one of the most respected boutique hotel owners on Seven Mile Beach, and she still finds time to whoop me on the pickleball court.

We talked about all of it. The early days before Negril even had rcable. Why she has never used contract labor in over 40 years. The free mammogram program she started after her own diagnosis. Why she still answers the phone like it is 1985 and relationships are the whole business.

This is what staying power actually looks like. Not the highlight reel. The discipline.
