POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Four decades of sports broadcasting, countless interviews with legends, a few broken barriers along the way, and a lifetime of doing what I love!

I was recently featured in @greaterwesthamptonneighborsmag in an issue focusing on 'Women of Influence.'

From competing with the boys growing up in Ohio to becoming the first woman to host a sports talk show on @wfansportsradio and a prime-time series on Golf Channel, it’s certainly been quite a ride, and the best part is, I’m still having fun and pursuing my passion.

A big thank you to writer @klissasdorie for sharing a bit of my story.

Grateful for all the opportunities, the extraordinary people I’ve met along the way, and the chance to continue doing what I love.

And there’s still plenty more to come! 🙏🧡⭐️

💛 Had to make a special 2nd birthday post for one of my many bday twins, October 9 seems to be the shit!?! Photographer and Creative Director Neil Tandy is a very dear friend and I'm so excited he will be on my arm at the FFIAs Plus Model awards! How cute do we look together?! This was a quick lunch break with Designer Mark @mrk_xoxo @mrk_day during NYFW a few years back, my skirt is by Daykeyla @daykeyla_fashions. 🧡 Neil @neil_tandy is in Paris shooting right now, check out his work and hop on that train!

New week, fresh opportunity. 🩶 Don’t let the pressure to do everything stop you from doing something. Pray, stay disciplined, and take the next step with purpose. Small progress still moves you closer to #Graytness. 🙏🏾

🧧Some of my work with my dapper Plus One Neil Tandy @neil_tandy, and hopefully my other Date Ric Brenin @ricbrenin will be joining us - rocking my HMU up just like he did in these knock out shots from sticky ass Chinatown!! Yep you heard me, I say knock out, these are stiiiilll at the top of my portfolio. Let's call it ThrowbackTuesday because yeah they're not recent & yeah I'm aware I've gained weight; I don't need to justify that ~ I'd rock it just as hard today, this model has all her facial angles. That hair though, eh?! My Glam Squad Neil and Ric took amazing care of me that day, and they're gonna take amazing care of me for the events around the FFIAs where I am a Top Finalist in two categories! 🧧

Neil, your work reflects an extraordinary command of visual storytelling. You have an instinctive ability to find the exact moment where light, composition, and emotion align, and it shows in every frame you create. Your eye is not just sharp—it’s intentional, refined, and deeply artistic. The consistency and caliber of your photography demonstrate a mastery that sets you apart in the industry. Truly exceptional work.

Thanks again: @neil_tandy You rock 🤘

This picture, taken by the one and only @neil_tandy , feels like a symbol of life.

Sometimes, you need to look back—to remember where you came from. But even looking back depends on the glasses you wear. The lenses you choose can open up certain things, bring others into focus, and make you ignore what you’re not ready—or willing—to see.

Maybe it’s not only about where we’ve been, but also about the position we’re standing in right now, and what that position allows us to see.

And somewhere in between looking back and looking ahead, you find the wind—the push that reminds you to keep moving toward where you want to be.

Your perspective shapes your path.
