So excited to share our latest episode with @troy.wav_ on his struggles with the loss of his dearest brother, anxiety and panic attacks and how he’s turned it all into a really positive outcome in @manlytogether

Sauna chats. Often overlooked, often the core reason for us making the commitment to take a sauna.

Whether it’s with mum, a partner, friend or colleague, something magical happens and/or aires whilst in a sauna. It’s a great place to reflect, talk openly, and share some vulnerabilities. Things we sometimes don’t do.

Enjoy them, have more of them.

How often do we slow down? What happens when we do?

Have you recovered from the Sydney Marathon yet?

Take us back to the marathon recovery and wellness space at Hyperion House with @brooksrunningau 🏃

What a few days we had. Runners from all walks of life, every part of the world, all converging on Sydney with it now being a major event on the calendar annually.

Our NIMBUS recovery pop up covered all the bases from our sauna blanket to the popular compression boots, to our magnesium spray, sell out electrolyte powder, massage, LED red light therapy to massage guns and balls!

Recovery is often overlooked when it comes to elite level sport, particularly in athletics - as @alicebaquie told us last year at the Melbourne Marathon.

We certainly didn’t overlook it over this weekend and it was amazing to see so many runners come in for some needed RnR. Brooks also offered engraving on your medal with your finish time; a nice touch. It was so packed that we couldn’t even get everyone in.

Huge thanks to the Brooks team for having us. What a day. We’ll see you next year ✌️

Something a little different to the usual content.

A moment to reflect on the year so far and the amount of new experiences and people met.

From what just started as a photography hobby and evolved to what it is now is pretty surreal.

But the grind doesn’t stop.

Plenty of things I still want to capture and share stories about.

Is there anything better than sauna outdoors?

With spring finally sprung, our outdoor garden at @thenimbusco_bondi - the popular al fresco wellness offering is back in full bloom.

The garden is blossoming, from our Yukka to the Mulberry, to the birds and the bees.

Come experience this unique sauna experience in Bondi.

Tonight at our latest sauna install in Kingscliff.

Question: is there a better way to sauna than to be alfresco outdoors in you own backyard? We don’t think so.

Having that in the comfort of your home is truly something unique.
