POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🤓 Feels so quiet without our full crew during testing, having 20 guys and girls competing this weekend.

👑 Never the less, we’re seeing some awesome results, double digit chin ups, double figure bench PB’s and some impressive distances with our farmers carry test.

✔️ This morning we had :

• Seated MB Throw for distance
• 3RM Strict Press
• 1RM Bench Press
• Max Chin Ups
• Bodyweight Farmers Carry x 1 min for distance

Thursday we have our final day of testing with our deadlift and bench pull to round off a successful block.

@neishyaharrison has completed less than 30 workouts with us. She’s only JUST learnt how to power clean and she’s picked it up amazingly well!

Some of the cues which we’ve worked on with her.

1. Setup (knees slightly in front of forearms, weight over mid foot, knuckles down).
2. Pushing down into the floor, staying over the bar.
3. Jump once it passes the knee and then, ‘down’ to facilitate getting under it.

Super proud - great work Neish 🫶🏻

Lunchtime crew.

What’s measured is managed, @brenebrown says.

And what’s managed can be improved.

@jackie.jjones w/ < 1:45 average on the Row Erg, coming in hot for @98gamesofficial in 3 weeks time.

Impressive! 🫡

It’s cheaper and easier to cook up chicken hearts, giblets, and livers to add to my pups kibble than to give him store bought wet dog food - and at least this way I know what he’s eating and that it isn’t just grain and filler #aussieshepherd #australianshepherd #aussie #dogfood #dogoftheday #nutrition #humangrade #dogsofinstagram #dog #bluemerle
