You say powder room, I say @degournay. Adding a custom marble sink doesn't hurt.

Custom stone, granite, and marble selections create some of the most captivating impressions in an elite custom home. Swipe to explore this Dewey Beach, Delaware renovation featuring a stunning fireplace surround, waterfall kitchen countertop, striking bathroom vanities, and more!

This project brings together Graulich Builders as the builder, with stone fabrication contributions from Washington, D.C. based NEKA and Milford, Delaware based Ancient Art Stone.

NEKA’s work is showcased throughout the kitchen with White Paradise sintered stone porcelain. Additional details include a Calacatta Viola polished marble powder room vanity, Bianco Dolomiti marble in the primary bathroom, a Bianco Flamingo marble desk in the primary bedroom, and White Carrara marble in an additional guest bathroom.

Ancient Art Stone featured White Glassos Nano Polished marble in the laundry room and throughout five of the guest bathrooms. A standout aspect of the home is the first-floor fireplace surround, crafted from Fantastico Arni marble sourced from Italy.

So excited to see this McLean project featured in Modern Luxury’s Design Awards.

Before it had an owner this home began as a spec build—and one of the most rewarding parts was curating every piece of furniture, and styling detail to give it soul before it ever had an owner.

The best compliment?
The buyers purchased the entire home exactly as we furnished it. A true testament to the power of thoughtful design and seamless storytelling throughout a space.

Grateful to have contributed to the quiet layers that make this home feel elevated, timeless, and complete.

Designer Tuesday work day. We checked the progress of a dreamy cliffside residence hovering over the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Here, details of the “hers and his” baths for fabulous longtime clients and friends, en suite to the home’s primary bedroom. Lots of natural stone surfaces and @waterworks fixtures were selected. We think they’re coming along just fine. A powder room designed to captivate. With its dramatic veined marble, moody textures, and playful artwork, this space proves that even the smallest rooms can have the biggest personalities.
