Did this study of Witch Hat Atelier for #LBXOffTheScreen competition hosted at @lightboxexpo discord by @neldoran and @gartiry
I was curious how this piece would look if I divide it on separate elements and layer them to add depth. So I took this study to traditional watercolour and many hours of cutting evening out (it’s not in the video, but my fingers hurt😭, it’s hard to cut through a 300g paper😅). Seeing it done, I’m so happy how it turned out!

One month away already?!?!?! 😱 I have a feeling that his year’s @lightboxexpo will be epic once again! ✨

I’m looking forward to connect with all of our amazing Discord community members in real life (meeting some of them for the first time ever! 🤯) and reconnect with a lot of longstanding online friends alike. And ofc meeting many other lovely people and artists attending, who all help to make the expo such a great party every year! 🎉

If you want to meet me and possibly get your hands on one of those exclusive Gigi keychains or a Dutch ‘stroopwafel’ (if you’re quick enough), make sure to keep your eyes open around the expo, message me on Discord (I’ll do my best to check my messages throughout the day), or come to one of our Community Meetups! 🤗

Want to connect with fellow attendees ahead of the expo? We’ll be hosting a 🧺 Community Picnic on Thursday (the day before expo) and ☕ meetups at Starbucks every morning before show hours (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Come to the LightBox Expo Discord server for more information on those. Hope to see you there!
