Even putting this post together got me emotional.🫀
I thought of my grandma, and how much I miss her.
Maybe that’s why this kind of sessions touched me so deeply.

This session reminded me again:
you don’t need anything special
just time together, and someone to gently press “record”.

If your heart feels the same… maybe it’s time to save your warm moments with them.💌

The Wellness Routine Community was created in January 2024. I wanted it to be a safe space where women feel heard, valued, and never alone. By April, I began hosting monthly wellness workshops—no one else in our Armenian community was offering anything like this. Every session ran longer than planned because we didn’t want to leave that warm, supportive energy 🪐

Today, The Wellness Routine is a thriving community of women who uplift and inspire one another. I can’t wait to keep hosting more workshops, meet-ups, and events! And I thank each one of you for your trust and dedication 😊🤍

Why you like to participate in wellness workshops/meet-ups?

Appreciate and so grateful for the time you took out of your busy day, planned this healthy lunch, prepared everything up to the details, served with the most delightful settings and made us feel special.
Thank you dear friend for today!

2023 couldn’t be summed up with just one video but I took some of my favorite moments to share again. It’s been a wild ride and I thank you for riding shotgun. #happynewyear #goodbye2023 #mamamaryskitchen #mimosasandsamosas #cheers #laughter #memories
